2. Engagement and Services

• All service engagements (including software development) are subject to a formal agreement or contract.
• Project timelines, deliverables, and payment terms will be defined in the respective agreement.
• Upon completion and final payment, all source code and deliverables will be handed over to the client as per agreed terms.

3. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property related to the software built for clients will be transferred as agreed in the project contract.
• Any products or tools developed internally by Codefelix Technologies remain the intellectual property of the Company unless explicitly licensed or sold.

4. Limitation of Liability

• We strive to provide high-quality and reliable software, but we do not guarantee that the website or services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our site or services, unless otherwise specified in a formal agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide clear and timely input for requirements and feedback.
• Respect agreed timelines and payment terms.
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the engagement.

6. Product Usage (if applicable)

As some of our products are in development:

• Any beta testing is subject to specific non-disclosure and trial-use terms.
• Features or functionality may change without notice during the development phase.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website or services for violation of these terms or any unlawful activity.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Telangana, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
